High-Capacity Launchers shouldn't be a title, you're making this ship able to carry SIX missiles! with Extra Munitions NINE missiles!!

Are you referring to my Torpedo, or to this Missile?

Have you played TIE Fighter? The ship had 80 missiles.

It's not absurd to give it (without extra munitions) 6 missiles, considering:

A-Wing = 12 missiles

X-Wing = 12 torpedoes

If you look at the actual launchers, the X-wing has 2, and the Gunboat has 4, so if you were going to go by that it would be one torpedo slot and one missile slot. Going by the Wookieepedia (official) stats, I believe that your evaluation of the initial 3 missiles slots is fair compared to the X-wing, being that there are supposed to be 20 missiles and 15 torpedoes in those launchers, to the X-wing's 6 torpedoes in 2 launchers, so the ratio being 35 to 6 .... or SIX! ... not NINE!

ALSO, I don't agree with your shield stats, the Gunboat has two and a half as many shields as an X-wing...

So I made this card to illustrate, but I think it's also lacking one missile or torpedo (6) slot. If you were going to go with that upgrade that uses ordnance tokens to reduce cost then I would drop it to 2 torpedoes and 2 missiles, and make the upgrade 2 ordnance tokens.

Wait, my math is wrong, that's 20 each and 15 each, with four launchers that's... 70 to 6 ratio... or 12 slots, Lol.

40 missiles, 30 torpedoes, means 7 missiles slots and 5 torpedo slots. You might as well up that to 7 ordnance tokens...

but seriously, if you add one more torpedo slot for a space to use Extra Munitions , then you have your 6 ordnance tokens.

Then make your upgrade an ability to take/use tokens from other upgrades for just 1 point.

Advanced concussion missile launchers (2), Standard load:

  • 20 advanced concussion missiles each ... 40/6= 6.6 missile slots

General purpose warhead launchers (2) one of:

  • 20 advanced concussion missiles each ... 40/6 = 6.6 missiles slots
  • 15 advanced proton torpedoes each ... 30/6 = 5 torpedo slots
  • 10 heavy rockets each ... 20/6 = 3 rocket slots
  • 5 heavy space bombs each ... 5/6 = 1 bomb slot

The Partisan X-Wing is (completely) based on the title from this custom expansion .

I like the idea of another 1-Attack ship that relies on secondary weapons pretty much entirely, like the HWK*.

*The number of HWK's I've seen finish someone off at range 3 with their primary weapon is... disturbing.

It just occurred to me that the Episode 8's A-Wing is a Spearhead (like those in Rebels). Look the gun:

It is supposed to have crew too, but they aren't necessary, because they are in charge of dropping the bombs and shooting the extra cannons.
