2 white k's and a HLC at ps 7 for 24 points?

It is undercosted by a large margin.

With that dial and agility, the best comparison you have is the TIE Interceptor. Honestly, would the Avenger Squadron have any chance against that with Mangler Cannon?

BTW, I think you should keep the 2 attack. And increase the basic cost by 4-5 points.

But if you don't want to increase the cost, I have a suggestion:

Remove the cannon upgrade and make a title "Light Cannons": you may equip a [cannon] upgrade card with cost 3 or lower.

I was considering a title that would add ion to the native attack.

I don't see the HLC for 24 as odd considering a Cartel Spacer (Scyk) would be 23 points.

If 2 hull is the minimum, then agility and maneuverability have to compensate for it's tininess.

The Eta-2 is pretty much the most maneuverable ship is the galaxy, it should have a really good dial.

Make Punisher munitions WORTH being put of the crappy punisher chassis.

Also combos well with Inspiring Recruit.

Imperials in general rely on fickle green dice. And when they work, they're amazing, but when they dont, thinks just fall apart. This card attempts to insert a (small) middle ground between those two extremes, taking a guarenteed penalty for a -chance- of increased reliability. Need to trigger it twice in one round? Whether it worked or not, you're now double stressed, which means no focus next round to make these rerolls useful.

Being free means that it's an easy choice for tie fighter swarms and lowPS intercepters that cant field PTL, or as a budget option on a ship that might otherwise take Stealth Device or Hull upgrade.

I like the mechanic...

But it could cost at least 1 squad point...

I'll probably replace the Thermian image when a good one of the Bor Gullet becomes available,

but I just wanted to see him on a card, and I figured a cost reduction would be a good one for it,

but not for nothing. So if you can think of a better value ability for -3 squad point I'll consider it.

No idea... Decimator isn't one of my favorite ships....

There is this Kalien Kol, which piloted a Decimator ("Esvicerator") with a gunner named Driga Osao. Maybe you could do an "ace" expansion for the Decimator?

  • I was thinking of "Black Squadron," Leader or something, but didn't mention it so as not to bias your considerations.
  • I believe the Eviscerator is Star Wars Galaxies RPG Fanon.
