Wow, i just realized thats your model ! Very impressive paint job. The base does not look weird.. I just wish the miniature was twices as large at least.

Please refer Captain Oicunn for proper templating. Ships don't have their base overlapping after the manuver because the perform manuver steps have remedies for when a manuver causes an overlap.

Because the game doesn't allow you to discard a card at random, everything requires permission, and permission requires timing. So you can time it to trigger when you bump something, when something bumps you, or after/before some other set point in the game so that all other players know when you can and cannot use it.

Plus, " ramming speed, ready boarding party " seems a more logical sequence (ie the owning player initiates the ram against their opponent) ...

...but I guess, " enemy ship inbound, collision imminent, ready boarding party " is plausible (making it a defensive upgrade also).

Card art depicting Imp and Rebel troops in an on-board fire-fight would make it less out of place next to an Alliance ship-card on the table :)

I have made a couple myself, thought this would be a good place to share them.

My first two (three) cards are actually thought up by Odanan himself, however I put quite a lot of effort making the symbols the correct size to match those of other cards, and I picked some new art for them. I thought someone might like to use them -- I have done a lot of tweaking of light-levels so that they can be printed nicely too.

First I have my version of his T-54AC4.

Now for my own cards I made up, first is a BB-8 re-work. My idea stemmed from my experience -- every new player thinks BB-8 is supposed to barrel roll after you move. So I made it do that, infact you can choose whether to barrel roll before or after. Secondly I re-worded it so that the barrel roll is not an action like on the tractor beam card. This way it doesnt work with push-the-limit. I always felt that Poe was pigeon holed into one build because of this synergy, now you can pick whatever EPS you want! Of course I picked the best BB-8 scene from the movie as the art.

Finally (for now...) I have my E wing title card. I tried to make something that kinda used the backstory of the E-wing and how that it is supposed to be the most maneuverable ship available. So I came up with the idea that using a mobility action grants an evade. The hull increase is because the E-wing is supposed to be better armoured than the X-wing, and its not a smaller ship. As for game balance for those apprehensive it, this makes the E-wing very comparable to the TIEx7 (both at PS1 coming in at 28 points).

I'm revisiting this elsewhere, and there seem to be a lot of people who don't get the concept, like that it's not an actual B-wing or what a Composite Beam Laser is.

It hit that light cruiser hard enough to make it careen, so I don't think it's overpowered as much as it is accurate.

And I thought I would ask you what you think.

This card doesn't really work: am i supposed to roll them separately to keep track of what I'm cancelling? What does it mean to treat it as my primary? Do I get range bonus like primaries, but not limited to weapon range like secondary?

I recommend reading the outrider title to see how to modify cannons in the way i think you are.
