Since my TIE Defender + TIE Bomber suggestion pack was a "success", I will do next a X-Wing + E-Wing thread.

OK, I might review that card with some ability based on teamwork, like those proposed in this thread.

I think the SteathX is more interesting the the Recon-X (T-65BR), but I know FFG already "probed" the later.

Now I need to do a Corran Horn X-Wing.

I was also thinking about giving more options to the current starfighters. So I came up with trading some basic stats for negative point costs and such.

- "Battle damaged". Modification, small ship only. Your ship loses 1 agility. Your green manuevers count as white. Cost: -8.

- "Prototype v.1". Modification, small ship only. You permanently lose 1 primary attack value and gain 1 agility. Cost: 1.

- "Prototype V.2". Modification, small ship only. You permanently lose 1 agility and gain 1 primary attack value. Cost: 2.

- "Smuggler´s friend". Title, small ship only. You gain 1 illicit upgrade slot. Cost: 1.

- "Armored". Title, small ship only. You permanently lose 1 agility. Every time you are hit and you do not have any shields, cancel 1 hit or critical hit result. Cost: 5.

I´m not sure all these cards would be effective, though. I just think we could use some "cripple yourself and get something for it" cards. What do you think?

Love the cards but have a question. A friend of mine made me some pilot cards for the Ghost, Attack Shuttle, TAP and Vader plus a Kallus crew card using images from Star Wars Rebels. I want to print these off but I don't know what size to look for when I set up the printer. What size should I be looking for to print the pilot and crew cards in the correct dimentions?

Never would have pictured the TIE/sf as a 33 point ship. Always pictured it in the saturated Imperial ~20 point region.

That would make it stand apart from (most of) the other TIEs.

And, since we're on the subject, has anyone computed the cost of A-Wings flown by Hera and Sabine? I'd imagine their abilities and pilot skill would remain the same.

Sure! That's easy to adjust.

Hmm... I need to make the dial, so we can really evaluate how high the price is.

My take on the StealthX (and actually my first attempt at a custom card). I see the StealthX as being different enough from a standard T-65 to warrant a totally different ship.

I felt that it needed 4 attack because it is based off the XJ3, which we know had heavy laser cannons on it, and we know the cannons weren't modified for the StealthX

Well here I go:

These have a standard T-65's dial. The design philosophy was that they were based off the T65XJ3 X-wing. The XJ3 had heavy laser cannons, a 3rd torpedo launcher, and improved shielding. The StealthX removed the 3rd torpedo launcher, and weakened the shielding, to gain sensor defeating technology. StealthX used the R9 Astromechs, which were known for being extremely cautious, and having a big self-preservation routine. The Jedi used Shadow Bombs on the StealthX, which were Baradium torpedoes but with extra explosives instead of a propulsion system. The Jedi would use the Force to propel the Shadow Bombs, and therefore, no one would realize they were coming, until it was too late.

My only concern with this is the lore says that the Avenger was one of the most heavily shielded starfighters the Empire ever produced, with sheild output double that of a T-65. Shouldn't it's game stats reflect this? It was also relatively lightly armored to reduce weight for it's improved hyperdrive unit.

It's standard configuration also came equipped with a tractor beam weapon.

Perhaps a title that allows for a cannon upgrade of 3 pts or less?

Otherwise, your cards are beautiful, and I really, really, really want this ship in the game.
