I was wondering, with the Advent of Bossk, I will most likely be running a combo looking much like:

Rec Spec

So that I may use my two focuses to, at worst of times, modify my dice up to multiple hits. However, if I had a second Rec Spec, would I now receive an extra focus per Rec Spec on that ship?

Yep.

Recon Specialist gives you one additional Focus token when you take the Focus Action. It is not limited and taking a Focus Action would trigger all you have on a ship giving you one additional Focus from each.
