Are the characteristics in Oggdude`s fantastic characterbuilder correctly based on the FnD beta like it says?

In the beginner box, Tarast the Kel Dor Sentinel character has 2 in Willpower, but in the charecterbuilder, Kel Dor has a base 3 in Willpower.

What does the Core book say? Did they change it from the Beta?

The starting attributes between the beta and final versions of Kel Dor are the same.

So, does the beginner box ignore this or is it the character generator that has the wrong numbers? Let`s make it easy, what are the characteristics?

Use the stats in the character generator. The beginner box sheets have never used the character creation rules and were always a bit off.
