I've been reading some of the threads and topics and looking for an answer to some of my questions, but I'm not sure if they are very old ones so I couldn't find them. For now my main question is, If an "X" investigator, any, gets lost in time and space (I suppose with the exception of Sister Mary) when they return to Arkham, do they return with their stats full?!? or with 0 on the stat that was affected and then he goes to the correspondent place in Arkham (Hospital or Asylum)? Or with the stat that was down to 0 he recovers it fully and the other stat remains as it was?
I have a couple of more questions but this one drove me crazy and made me forget about the others right now. I'll be posting them soon as I get to play another game.
New to the game (Sorry if I repeat a question)
In Ma's Boarding House, there is an encounter that tells you that she prepared a soup, and "you gain 1 stamina". If your stamina es full, does it gives you an additional one over your limit?
If you go insane or unconscious in the other world. you suffer the same exact penalties as you would in Arkham, but instead of going to the specific Arkham location, you go to Lost and Time and Space. The stat will go back to 1 and you'll lose half your stuff, like normal. You do not go to any particular space on the Arkham board when you return.
You never go above your maximum unless an encounter explicitly states so : that is what "maximum" means. I only know of one such encounter that does that out of all the encounters from Arkham and its eight expansions.
Thank you!
