The theory behind it is keep vader to one side of Colzet within range 1 and whisper within range 2 of Colzet giving Echo 9 PS and colzet 6. after a few rounds i can see it getting difficult to keep the 'formation' so even if echo took the 9 and vader gave colzet a 6 its still an up for him. which could help wear down shields with AC before vader shoots with ATC allowing the crits to do damage instead of shields.

Vader + Decoy is not something that I had previously considered, but I'll agree that his PS 9 is better in the activation than in the combat.

I figure with his EU and BR possibilities he'll better be able to keep up with Echo's distinct Decloaking movement possibilities.

named phantom decoy works well but it really needs VI on Vader to shine. Colzet will most likely be ignored, protect the Phantom!
