Wanted to mention this for a while and this seems like an appropriate place. The "PWT" acronym seemed to just blow up on these forums almost overnight and I did not immediately think pancake or primary weapon. For a week or so, I just assumed it stood for (Synonym for kitty-cat that starts with "P") With Turret.

The entire game is pay to win given you can't use a ship without owning it 
Those cog thingys and white solar wingys just might be something to do with weapons. Maybe the rear "turret" is capable of passing the panels (one way ray shield) ...or even crazier idea: the wings fold down and retract into the cogs (insert Transformer sound effect)...
either way, we're gonna get a bad ass TIE very soon!
