Partly inspired by a commentary I did on a fellow player's askance in the Squad sub-forum, I ask the following.

Supposing you were to have a league tournament, in which you had a tournament each week, in which each week you rolled back one wave.

So, the first week's tournament was just a standard tournament, the second week's tournament lost Wave 6's ships and upgrades, the third week's tournament lost Wave 6 and 5, all the way back until the final tournament was purely Wave 1.

Would you simply play the list that won Worlds that year, or would you innovate?

Would subsequent errata to cards cause you to change your mind on lists (like the Decloak nerf, or the large-ship barrel-roll nerf), as they would technically still be active during this tournament?
