Different section of the jungle?

They may be modelling it on the appearance of Onderon/Dxun from KOTOR II and the comics (which make a lot more sense than the last couple of seasons of TCW, which got a bit strange towards the end).

Maybe the leaves of Onderonian trees turn purple in the autumn?

Well, Clone Wars is now Canon. So officially, that is what it looks like. I can see using Legends stuff if there is no alternative, but there is with this one.

Why not just enjoy it? Why worry about "canon"?

C'mon. Look at our planet. Every place looks the same here?

To be honest, I think almost all the planets in TCW look the same.. like they've used the same templates and just different colours.
And the rocks all look the same as well.

It's pretty dull, to be honest.
