for the Raider fore Power Plant Failure, is it bizarrely changed to (hit) or (crit) result? or is is the same, (hit) or (focus)? I got the conflicting first version, which doesn't match the rebel CR90.

The Raider is the same as the CR-90. It is hit or focus.
