PTL with The Inquisitor and the V1 title and Twin Ion Engine is just 30 points and can target lock, focus, and evade in one turn. Not sure how the dial will look, but if its similar to the TIE Advanced this prototype TIE may be pretty powerful and dangerous

Action economy always has a home in lists.

Theoretically with the v-1 card we could have three soontirs in a list (including soontir himself) and possibly a vader if there is room

Edit: Nevermind... Just did the math lol... but Vader, Inquisitor and Soontir seems to be a pretty powerful action economy list

It could be, but remember:

(1) You really want Autothrusters to help protect your ace. If the dial needs a bit of help shedding stress, that could make for a tough choice in the mod slot.

(2) Soontir wants to get to Range 1, while the Inquisitor wants to stay at Range 3. Boost makes it easy to close distance, but doesn't help much in keeping back.

(3) PS7-8 is worth a lot less than PS9. Soontir will fly circles around Kallus for that reason alone.

(4) Soontir can stack any two actions, plus focus. PTL and TIE/v1 let you stack three actions, but two of them must be TL and evade. So Kallus has one fewer degrees of freedom in his action choices, so to speak.

He's no Soontir, i doubt it will have the same amount of Green's to shed the stress and he shoots second. Soontir FTW!
