After watching Rebels, they really make an effort to point out that Hera is a REALLY really good pilot. In fact, she is my favorite character on the show. I'm surprised to see her at PS 7. Do you think she is actually PS 7 worthy? Or do you think it is more a reflection of the Ghost being large and bulky?

I think it is. That thing is a brick.

Keep in mind that PS6 is Ace-level piloting ability. 7 means she's really good, 8 means someone is truly top-tier, and 9 is best-in-the-galaxy.

And VI makes some of them even betterer than that.

It may not be AS bulky as it seems at a glance, though. It has a green 4 straight, first large base to have that, in fact. It may not turn terribly well, that remains to be seen, but it may be pretty fast.

Remember, a PS 7 pilot lead an attack that blew up the second death star.

I agree that fluff would indicate she should have a higher PS. But... Four dixe primary pretty much can't be higher than 7. Think about Whisper.

This was my first thought. I was shocked. I was assuming/hoping she would be 8 or 9.

But if you think about it, Inquisitor outflies Hera, and Darth Vader outflies Inquisitor. 7, 8, 9. So I guess that along with the bulky ship argument PS7 could be justified. There is always VI.

EDIT: Dang, no EPT for Hera!

I agree that she should have probably been an 8 but I understand that as powerful as the Ghost is that would be a bit over powered. Hopefully she has an ability that shows off her true skill.

Remember how Scum and Villainy don't get high PS pilots? It's supposed to represent that they don't have military training and are all home grown. That's Hera right there. She's good, but didn't learn to fly in a military academy. She's a true freedom fighter that learned on her own or while in some weekend camp while sleeping in a tent. Just look at all the other PS 7 pilots out there.

Personally, I'm more than happy to NOT have a PS 9 big ship in the game.

I think the ability is spot on. She's a great pilot, but not one of the best in the galaxy. When I think of "underrated PS7" Farlander comes to mind too.

I'm not sure how that's relevant to anything at all really... Remember, multiple PS 7s were killed in the attack on the first death star, at least one PS 8, and two PS 9s had their ships disabled... I'm really not sure what that has to do with anything...

Makes perfect sense, the Ghost gets hit a bit, but she's still a good pilot. PS7 is perfectly justifiable.

That's a cool ability but like every other repositioning ability for a non blocker ship, it would be better on a higher pilot skill, say 8 or 9.

We've had Kath and Boba in different FACTIONS of the same ship. I bet the Ghost and Phantom abilities will be different, basically so you can decide which works better together.

And yeah, back on topic, I think 7 is right. Watched the Season 2 first episode again last night in the excitement and yeah, she can manoeuvre well but the Ghost is still a brick. And Vader flies circles around them and the A-Wings.
