THAT DARNED REBELS CAKE TOPPER... GRR?!

By Joe Boss Red Seven, in X-Wing

Okay this is not a dig, if you did buy the **** thing... I admit until today I had it in my AMOZON cart too. Been there for six months.

So what are you guys going to do with it now?

Get the hammer out, or just keep it as a second variant class or something even cooler? I was certain that FFG would make the Ghost for real which is of course why I never hit that buy button. I did think it would be cool as a beat up SCUM ship however... and I was going to buy it based on what we saw this week at GEN CON.

Our boy Nick **** near had me on board with this little critter...

Whew!

I'll probably top cakes with it.

Well there is still that I reckon.

I litterally just ordered one of these off the net 2 days ago. It should be here tomorrow. Today, FFG decided to release the news. I'll paint it up and use it as a YT until the Ghost is out I guess. Don't know if I'd be able to use it as a VCX-100 without a shuttle to go with it.

I was going to buy it too but I waited until the news came...

It was close.

....well....that take the cake....

Is it about the right size? You could cut it up and make some fun "destroyed ship" terrain.

Waiting for a FFG mod to drop in and ask u mad bruh? Lol. I had no idea such a thing existed as a cake topper of all things.

Seems to me it's smaller than it should be for the game. Think it's a little shorter that the YT-1300 and not quite as wide. I'm not overly mad as it was like $8+ shipping. Annoying thing is that it's attached to the base with a tri-head screw so I'll have to figure out something.

I used the point of my pocketknife to detach mine; it isn't torqued-in hard at all and came apart easily.
