Right, I've done a side by side comparison using the picture the OP posted, this time correcting for perspective using the base lengths. The ISD is approximately 154% the length of the VSD.

Edit: Made the ships blurred where they overlapped to make it clear they're at the same scale.

So if New Troski is right about his VSD length in this post, that makes the ISD 21.5cm long.

To me that looks about right for the size.

A VSD is 900m a ISD is 1600m so not quite twice as long. The ISD in the above image is maybe a little bit off scale, but not by much and close enough that it will look right on the table.
