I think it's got the fire power to take down a VSD plus the speed to get out of the front arc.

I don't know how right I am, but I don't really like the Neb as a straight up combat ship. Spindly sides are heavily exaggerated on the forums, but they also tend to be made up by the 2 Squadron/2-anti squadron at the very least; two amazing titles at the very most. Imo, the Neb's a versatile jack of all trades (but can't be if you're not taking any squadrons), and I'd take the cr-90 over a non-Salvation support refit any day if looking for dedicated ship-to-ship

the main issue is not just the 1 shield, but that the sides are wide and the powerful front arc is narrow (the cr-90's is wider and the ship itself is more maneuverable). this (and meh maneuver options, including VSD turns at speed 1 , until speed 3) really limits your positioning and possible approaches if you're putting all your eggs in red dice. With (and against squadrons) it's a lot easier, because squadrons just don't care about your facing as long as you're in range. The two work really well together, as bombers (especially with yavaris) can hem the opponent in and punish them for getting close while the concentrated red dice (especially salvation) hammer the enemy from afar

so, for the list:

Neb-Support --> Cr-90A + 7 points (that's salvation right there)

Neb-Support #2 --> Cr-90A + 7 points

So now you have 1 Support Refit, 2 Cr-90as; 3 bs. choices, choices

easiest thing to do is move MM to a CR-90a; slap raymus + salvation on the support refit and call it a day. Raymus + salvation might have spindly sides, but its also a goddamn railgun that just happens to move like a ship

2nd thing you could do is add Salvation to the Neb move MM to a CR-90a, drop the 2nd to a b (1 neb, 1 cr90a, 4 cr90bs) and run raymus + tantive.

or you could remove all the nebs and go 3 cr-90As, +21 points (so much room for shenanigans such as raymus + olp, jania's light...) or 5 Cr-90as (1 cr-90b) total + 11 points
