II might have been nice but there's a lot of Dark Side in this list. Jendon carts the Emperor around the outskirts of the fight giving The Inquisitor the equivalent of 4 actions a round (3 of them at the start of the Combat phase), the Inquisitor tries to hang back at range 3. Vader gets up in people's grills and dishes out crtis.
