There was a strain of thought that said Wave 8 would be about Episode 7. I had said that there was no way that would happen, as they simply didn't have enough time.

Technically, I was correct. Wave 8 will not be dedicated to Episode 7, nor will it contain any episode 7 content- at least not on purpose. Instead, Wave 8 will be dedicated to ships from Rebels. That's leaving me _super hyped_.

However, I'm not petty enough to cling to the technicality to get past being wrong. Today, FFG all but said that by the end of the year we'd have some ships from Episode 7 in X-Wing minis. They didn't _quite_ say it. They merely gave us all the pieces of the puzzle and said "have at".

So for the people who said we'd get Episode 7 stuff as Wave 8. Yeah, that's not wrong.

Yeah I was calling Episode 7 for Wave 8 but by the sounds of it there will be some sort of 3 ship mini set dedicated to the new film. And what's even more exciting is that those ships are evidently done but are being kept totally under wraps until they can legally spoil them!
