Looks like "When you are... an ion token, you may suffer 1 damage..."?
e: also, a fully readable shot of Hera's ability!
yeah heras ability is (regardless of dial) INFINTIELY better than imperial Fett. which is a shame.

Honestly...they REALLY should just go ahead and redo Boba Fett...How can you have such an iconic pilot be so freakin terrible?
Or maybe let the scum pilot be used in imperial fleets.
Let's face it - Firespray really didn't need to be available for Imps.

i dont think ive ever ran an imperial Firespray... i bought it for my inevitable turn to scum.

I did, when I first started playing before I knew about S&V. Fettigator is reasonably fun. VI Fettigator might actually be a reasonable build as long as PS9 aces run amok.
Amazon has wave 8 listed as 1/31/16 in case it wasn't already public knowledge.
Amazon's release dates have consistently been an utter joke.

Amazon has it listed, or some random, third party seller who knows jack has it listed?

Well, she doesn't have an EPT (at least from what has been already spoiled), and is only PS7, so I dont see a great disturbance in balance.

You should try Krassis or hired Kath with Manglers!
Also (a little iffy after "equipped" since the lines don't quite, well, line up):
Attanni
Mindlink
Each time this ship performs
a focus or evade action,
each other friendly ship that has
Attanni Mindlink equipped may
be assigned the same type
of token, then receive a
stress token.
I got curious about this one and did some text experimentation ... then did a search and saw I was pretty much ninja'd two months ago.
Anyway, here's my take, although I screwed up the spelling of Attanni and thus all my efforts to line things up correctly are only half right. And I did not see "stress" in the last line.
If we have this right, I'm surprised it's not a Scum-only upgrade.

Hot ****.
If this is accurate:
Garven Dreis never runs out of Focus Tokens in combat, passing them to an ally who is assigned a token who passes it back. Moldy Crow? Crazy.
Jake Farrell is more insane than he usually is.
BIGGS
This upgrade benefits ships of higher PS than it does lower PS, so If Biggs, then B-Wing with Enhanced Scopes and Jan Ors
Jan Ors Crew results in all ships with this upgrade receiving an Evade Token, and all but one receiving a Focus Token, off of a SINGLE ACTION.
IG-88C and Stygium Particle Accelerator are great.
ORDNANCE
An amazing force multiplier. Green Squaddies are loving it.
attani's interesting because it takes up PTL's slot (Except, as noted, on A-wings ![]()
the stress is another interesting drawback.
I bet it's going to cost 4 points. Otherwise, if it's a cheap upgrade, Black Squadron Howlrunner/Epsilon Leader swarms are going to rock the table.
Yeah that mindlink if accurate should be a 4 pointer or possibly higher. Else telepathic ties will be ridiculous.
Black Omega calls dibs (where do you think I got the name?)

*IF* it's the word stress. I immediately saw the start of the word "already", and Tipperary's original post had the same thing.
going by the projected ept:
1. activate BSP-1. move and focus
2. activate BSP-2, green maneuver to ditch stress, move and evade (no stress for him, everyone else is stressed). BSP-1 is stuck stressed at 1 focus and 1 evade.
3. activate everyone else, green maneuver to clear stress, stack up on a relevant token; no more mindlinks because everyone's focused and evaded. BSP-2 is stuck stressed and at 1 focus, 1 evade
BSP-1 stressed, 1 focus; 1 evade
BSP-2 stressed, 1 focus; 1 evade
BSP-3+ unstressed, 1 focus; 1 evade
edited: herped; triggering mindlink twice before moving would give 2 stress
basically, you do it once and mindlink a focus/evade to the whole squad and stress them. then the squads do greens and one of them can stress the first pilot to give whatever token its missing. Everyone gets one focus and one evade (or two focus), first bugger who moves gets stressed at the end of it all (and cannot stack focus because the upgrade prevents it)
what a bizarre card
Edited by ficklegreendiceI also see the word "already" not stress. I hope this doesn't cause me to break down and by two pogos. Wonder how good guidance chimp is going to be...
Holy ****, I just realized that Punishing One title's cost.
Is +1 attack really worth 12 freakin points?!
It doesn't even give it something crazy, like a 4 or 5. It just gives it a 3.

well Dengar potentially gets 2 attacks, so that's +2 dice ![]()
so...yes on Dengar (Punishing One is his ship, after all), nope on the generic and "?" on the revealed named pilots
one can never underestimate the sheer idiocy that is the 3-dice PWT, but the punishing one is built less like a fat han and more like a super dash. With any luck, FFG will go the right thing and not include some c3po type crap to make fat pogosticks viable.
As is, Dengar is already looking incredible with his pilot skill, ability, and range of upgrade slots. Even the generics look amazing outfitted as pure torp boats, easily the best and most flexible we've ever had in the game
( the combination of Deadeye, Rec Spec, and R4 aggromech completely remove the targeting restrictions and action inefficiency of ordnance; there's a spare torp slot for munitions)
Edited by ficklegreendiceIs the adap.. Cards restricted text Dual upgrade? Possibly you have to install 2 of the same upgrade with some sort of discard mechanic?

The JumpMaster has the same problem as the B-Wing and Y-Wing here though: Only two ordnance slots. Could be EPT, crew, astromech and illicit can make a couple of high cost torpedo shots worth it though.

If you consider how the PWT ships are costed, it's about in line. It makes Dengar 45 points base, which is about in line with the YTs bare.

considering what you get, though (two fully modified better-than-hlcs, plasmas, on generics without waiting for FCS) the 2-shot limit isn't even a problem
if you don't kill something important in those two-shots, then it's probably player error ![]()
