I'm looking through the starter rules and the advance rules and I can't see anything on passing enhances. The question is if a person passes an enhance is it passed for the rest of the enhance phase or can he enhance later as long as the other person doesn't pass. I can't find that ruling in either rule books. Can someone give me a refference.

you can pass on your enhance but then enhance again later on as long as the enhance step is still open (as in, you haven't both passed in succession).

Passing on playing an Enhance doesn't mean you've passed on playing ANY further Enhances that Enhance phase.

Note also that if you pass on your first opportunity to enhance, and your oppenent enhances, when it comes back to you, you can still use a First Enhance.
