The Advanced Cloaking Device is limited to Tie Phantoms, BUT Stygium Particle Accelerator is not.

And only the phantom will be able to have the good cloak upgrades of ACD ...

Except how often do you remain cloaked more than one turn? When it fails, you get to 'decloak' at the end of the round instead of at the beginning of the next? Not sure how that hurts.

You do still get at least one solid turn's use out of it, either way...and it does still pair well with the Stygium Particle Accelerator...

Yeah, what I'm saying is you can't use it like you would with the Phantom. I'd use it to cloak when I really needed to, I wouldn't plan on cloaking every turn.

Well, you have to discard the cloaking device too. so once it fails your done cloaking for the rest of the game.

I also not that when it fails you must decloak OR just discard the cloak token. When forced to decloak you won't be forced to make the decloak move.

Eh, that's fine. I didn't really want the Eagle 5, anyway, so only having to get one of them works out alright for me.
