Do my squinting eyes deceive me, or is that a green 4 straight on the ghost dial?
Ghost and Phantom

And what's the point of the "cannot attack again this round" text at the end of the Phantom title? Is that just about TLT, or do we think there's an end-phase attack somewhere else in the Ghost's bag of tricks?
It shuts down Gunner. If you use gunner on your normal attack you can't use the end of combat extra attack. If you miss that attack it can't trigger Gunner.
Gunner could be used on your primary front or rear arc attacks just not the last optional turret attack If I read that correctly.

Hell ya! It is.
With a green 4 I would bank on 1,2,3 forward also being green. Very Nice for ditching stress and staying mobile!

Yarp. Looks like Zeb is PS3, Ezra is PS4, Sabine is PS5, and Hera is PS7 for the attack shuttle. Kanan doesn't have his license, I guess.
For the Ghost it looks like they're all unique, with Kanan at 5, and Hera at 7. Can't tell who the 3 and 4 are.

Were are my Engine Upgrades again......
Is that a systems icon 2nd in from the left?
If it is this ship is literally everything I hoped for.
If not it's still awesome.
1 ship ftw!
I think the turret is second from the left
systems slot is first on the left
So, am I reading it right... and Chopper is the third pilot?
Because those look like quotation marks next to a C to me.
Easily the most hilarious pilot in the game if so. Rebels lead by a sociopathic astromech...
Thanks FFG for giving the rebels a better version of the decimator.
Decimator has a 360 arc, the Ghost doesn't.
This. Also, we haven't seen the dial for the Ghost. If it can't turn well and easily get other ships in arc, those 4 dice won't do much. We do know that it can't boost or barrel roll.
The ghost doesnt have an EPT...
I like Lando and maybe Navigator or R2-D2 as crew on it atm.
Here is a question....
If the phantom has a crew slot and you add a crew to it...
When docked with the Ghost does that crew join the crew of the ghost?

If you use Gunner on your primary attack you lose your end of combat attack. Gunner (and Luke) only really makes sense as a crew choice on the Ghost if you don't bring the Phantom along.
This ship seems like ALOT of eggs in one basket. If the Phanton cannot pull an escape maneuver I think its real threat in tournament play is limited. Even so very cool ship for casual play.
Lando is going on this ship for sure if gunner negates the second attack. Chance of 1-2 evades or 1-2 focus make him worth it for both attacks.
R2-D2 to regen shields.

When 2 evades are needed, that's when you roll 2 blanks with Lando. Every. Single. Time.
I am so happy about this announcement! Can't wait to get one. Wave 8 is just what I've been waiting for.
I do just want to point out that whether a 1 ship build is "broken" or not (I'm gonna say not), the inclusion of this ship is a great move by FFG business wise, especially if our speculation is true that a one ship build is possible.
1- The introduction of this ship gives a good incentive for the younger generation, who appreciate the cartoons and possibly were brought into the star wars community through them, to get into the game. At least from what I've seen, youth isn't found as often in this game as others (that may be a tabletop problem in general though). And while I'm not a huge fan of the cartoon ships taking bids over other possibilities (that Gunship may NEVER get a spot now that we've moved to the Disney Canon), the truth is that young blood and a draw to a larger demographic is good for a growing game.
2- With the Ghost and Phantom combo, not only will those more familiar with the cartoons say "Ohh! I want that!!" when they see it on the shelf- they'll also have enough in the box to run something worthwhile. Ya, it will be pricey, but it's not as intimidating as the idea of buying 5, 6, or more small expansions to do the same. It may cost about the same, but those looking for the ships from Rebels aren't looking for that anyways- they want the Ghost . And that's all they'll need.

This isn't a one ship list. It's a 2 ship Voltron list. I'm pretty sure that one of the spoiled upgrades that come with it is the Blazing Sword.
Unlike some of the Fat ships this one looks like it is presenting some interesting choices. Arc and maneuvering will matter, it seems like it can only fire out of its rear arc if the Ghost is docked, you've got two powerful ships while they are separated but you end up with a large ship that only has a primary arc. Players who get good with this ship will get good with it because they'll know when to dock and deploy. It might be early to tell but I don't think that this is going to be an EZ mode ship. It does take point fortressing for MoV to a new level though if you can get the Phantom docked before it is destroyed and then manage to keep the Ghost flying.
EDIT: Looks like what I thought was a cannon slot is a secondary slot. A secondary turret isn't a big deal. They've all got some sort of range restriction that can be dealt with.
Edited by WWHSDAnyone notice that the Ghost appears to use the dame pegs as epic ships do, looks like FFG learned from their wave 5 mistake
This looks amazing. Everything revealed today has been great. I can't wait for the release of this ship. In the mean time I will have to re watch Rebels and empty my wallet for some K-wings/Punishers!
I'm really thinking dropping engine upgrade for experimental interface on the ghost. Using advanced sensors, ship has a 4 green so almost certain 1,2,3 and 4 will be green. Easy to shed stress.
Then crew with Lando and R2-D2. Fun Times! Lots of potential focus and evades with shield regen and easy stress removal.
Of course run with Phantom. At the moment I think docked is best with this build idea.
Opps and a turret of course. Mangler atm or hoping for better option revealed in new ships.
Edited by TokyogrizMight have enough for a chardaan refit A wing or a Z even in list.
What I can make out of Hera's pilot ability:
"When you reveal a green or red maneuver ........... of the same difficulty"
It's possible it says you're allowed to change your maneuver into another maneuver of the same colour. E.g. green straight -> green bank or 3k -> 4k. (don't know the dial, just grabbed them out of the void)
Edited by NarcolepticIt seems that way, Goes well with her being a badass pilot (but still in a bucket). Like in the show, she can go one way then throw it into an opposite turn (much to Zeb's annoyance)
But as it's a bucket, she can't make a move better than it is.
Hera's AS PS is still 7, so I don't reay buy into the "ghost can't maneuver" excuse for her low PS.
But that's a small gripe.
I've been rewatching Rebels and I think the Phantom firing out the back is completely fluffy, as is the Dome Turret and 4-dice forward primary. I'm really excited about this expansion. More than any other expansion since I got into the game about a year ago.
