I would go with Echo over Whisper because with Kallus you really don't need the focus tokens and you are never going shoot before Han anyway.

I think Kallus is the C3P-O for the Empire. He's such a fantastic card.

Well, I think Kenkirk is going to be the ideal commander for the imperial pleasure boat Ysanne Isard, Moff Jerjerrod and Agent Callus have a drinking party on. Put Predator on top of it and you even have a moderatly offensive output there...

I think without Gunner, that build ends up being a joke against too many opposing builds. Maybe not against the pancake meta, though.
