Tie Fighter Scourge and Crew Agent Kallus

Scourge sure plays nice with Advanced Homing Missiles.

Callus will be awesome on Phantoms.

Except he doesnt have a missile slot :)

Commander Kenkirk and Agent Kallus are going to be the best of friends.

Kallus is going to wreck the two-ship meta. Having him put his death mark on 50% of your ships will absolutely stink.

I can't say that this bothers me overmuch.

I'm with you 100%. I love the excitement of having more ships on the board.

It's too bad that those are hard to come by on Imperial ships.

Callus will finally allow me to roll evades while attacking!

Seriously though this guy is awesome against 2 ship lists and anything that deals with a single heavy threat! Love it!

He'll have an impact, but I don't think he'll have THAT big an impact. He only works on one ship so he actually encourages you to take a 2 ship list while discouraging your enemy from doing so.

The rub is that he also really works well as part of a two ship list.

Mauler and Scourge with VI will make a nice pair of PS 9 Wingmen for Vader. You should have enough points left over to add in Fel, Maarek, or the Inquisitor.

Does he only effect the ship he is on, or all ships in your squad?

Edit: never mind I was thinking in terms of Epic since he comes with the epic ship, which I've never played. I'm assuming he only changes the die of the ship he is on

How does he encourage you to take a two ship list? I can see how he encourages you to use him on a powerful ship in order to ensure that you can make use of him, that said I don't understand how he affects the rest of your squad. For example, if he's on a phantom, why would one care if it's paired with a decimator, or soontir and a shuttle (or other multi-ship combos)?

The only influence I can see is that you'll want him on a powerful ship and that ship will likely cost a lot of points, limiting your options for multiple ships.

That's exactly how. You will want him on a ship that is both powerful (to get the most out his ability) and durable (to get the most out of his ability and to keep him around longer. That means an expensive ship, so it is pushing you toward low ship count builds. Not as much as it is pushing the enemy AWAY from them, but it is still pressure in that direction.

Decimator is not quite right for Kallus... so... Firespray? Shuttle doesn't seem quite right.

or Phantom.

Now that I think about it, he makes really good fuel for Moff Jerrod. Once the target you called is dead he's not doing anything but taking up space, you might as well show him the airlock. Putting him on Predator Kenkirk might be the way to go. That essentially gives Kenkirk a similar ability to Chiraneau against one target and makes him a lot more resilient.

Kallus is going to be a must for the Imperial Raider.

Fair point!

I think Kallus is going to find a really nice home on Imperial Firesprays. VI Boba w/ EU and Kallus could turn into a really good hunter. Gives Boba great action economy to move where he needs to and still modify dice while your opponents key ship is still on the board.

I don't see why not... especially for Kenkirk. It's a virtual guarantee that they will eventually get through your shields eventually; why not turn that green die into 5/8 evade instead of 3/8 evade? Add Lone Wolf for more fun.

Whoever suggested combo-ing Moff Jerjerrod with this guy is also a genius.

I don't know about Kenkirk. 1 agility ships die quick under heavy fire. Yeah I suppose Kallus will make Kenkirks lone die at that stage more reliable but generally I wouldn't think it would help him survive all that much longer.

Well, I think Kenkirk is going to be the ideal commander for the imperial pleasure boat Ysanne Isard, Moff Jerjerrod and Agent Callus have a drinking party on. Put Predator on top of it and you even have a moderatly offensive output there...
