I don't know about Rudor being PS6. We've seen him a total of 4 times on screen....
1: Gets blown out of the sky by the Ghost then gets shocked into unconsciousness by Ezra's slingshot.
2: Gets beaten up by Zeb, twice, and has his fighter stolen.
3: His TIE Advanced Prototype gets blown up on Empire Day.
What can you say except the guy is bad luck personified.
