Star Wars Holiday Special

No, the clip is from the Muppet Show (the episode with Mark Hamill, 3PO, R2 and Chewbacca)

See for yourself: (dance starts at 3:00)

That's what I figured, I didn't recall C-3PO dancing in the Holiday Special.

Season 4 or 5 ... now I remember ... Gonzo as Vader ...

But the BOX is an outside observer, who would see all four combatants as opponents...

Too much beer?
No, no beer. Think of it this way. A sports commentator describing a boxing match. Both of the fighters are opponents, so two participants = two opponents. The box describes a four player event with three opponents. The campaign utilizes one person to control one faction, and up to four other people to control the other faction. So, given that there are only three factions, are they saying this will be two people on the side of one faction who are cooperating against the other two people/factions - equaling three total opponents, or is it four independent players facing each other, in which case each player would have three opponents? I assume the latter, but with only three factions it seems odd having a splinter cell of the one faction fighting another player with the same faction.

It might actually be more interesting having one double-sized faction against the two smaller factions, than just a four player free-for-all.

I understand your point/question. My reading was its four independent players - after all there's no rule against mirror matches.

One thing i just thought of that might impact this... It is currently impossible to have Han, Luke, Chewie, Leia, and the droids on a skirmish squad. But if two players were the rebels vs an imperial/scum duo.... Three total opponents... Four players... Full hero roster!

SO if we got Vader and Luke as "bonus expansion sets" in the core... maybe since the timing is right they'll give us a bonus Inquisitor and Ahsoka or Kanan in this set?

I know it's a pipe dream but I'm wishing it into reality. It's my birthday and I didn't get a magic ring to rule them all so give me this...

I doubt it. My understanding was that the Luke and Vader figure packs were in the core as a way of introducing figure packs to the customers. Furthermore I think I saw some where that the packs were only included in the first print and later printings might not have them (don't quote me on this).

That's rumor ... but to my knowledge that's not correct ...

nope; they don`t even have a Production Number.

i think without these packs we would have not enough side missions, if i am not mistaken.

The core set minus the expansions has exactly enough grey side missions and agenda cards to run the campaign. But given that I haven't seen any sign of the packs being available for sale I still doubt that they've been removed from later printings.

I'm dreaming of a white (as in snow tiles white) X-mas.....

Who broke the seal and summoned the Holiday Special!?!?!?!?!?!?!? We're 1 gif of Bea Arthur away from the apocalypse!

No worries, the seal remains unbroken. Unless merely invoking its name breaks the seal. Then you have doomed us.
