This is a very interesting concept. I remember looking through this some time ago and thought to myself that it definetly needs to go on the list of homebrew to print
I still haven't got round to it yet but I am sure I have 1 group of Talisman players that would be interested in playing it. I will organise this at some point
The Master characters are a big reason the City was my favorite expansion of any edition until Harbinger. When I have time I will take a peek, but in general I don't do any 4th edition Homebrew except alternate endings.
