New info from Gencon:
People are trying to sell the new expansions from GENCON for double what they paid on eBay.
So it looks like Kayn Somos' abilities are to make a friendly adjacent figure attack along with him and the other one to make a friendly adjacent trooper focused.
Kayn seems pretty cool.
With that Rule by Fear card and some of the stuff with R2, i'm happy there are more things that are putting a focus on command cards.

First one: I can make out "choose up to X adjacent friendly (figures/troopers", and then "each of those figures may". The number looks like a one, but the phrasing sounds like there could be several.
I'd still like him at 1.

People did that from 2012, too, when they released the EotE beta and re-released Netrunner. Only then, the @$$hats bought like 10 at a time, to turn around scalp them.
Hopefully, they're still limiting the number of purchases/customer.

I think it could be cool if they start to save up announcements for big events like this.
Considering we already have next two waves announced I think we are good but they might still announce next expansion maybe tomorrow during In Flight Report.

Which is fine by me but I see your point for campaign only players. I expect an expansion announcement is likely.

I'm interested to see the rules for implementing the extra Stormtroopers in the campaign (if any), but we aren't likely to get that from Gencon.

My guess is they are allowed (perhaps the alternate sculpt acts as some sort of technicality to the rules) or completing their agenda mission allows you to use 2 elite stormtrooper squads.
