I know its early as theyve not been released, but in a perfect world where with a focus unspent and the missle connecting, assuming it was a critical that flipped immediately (the stress one, or the roll for damage one) would it be possible to then re flip it and redo the critical effect?

I believe this has already been addressed in the FAQ before and the answer was yes...

And the funny thing is, if it is the damage one (minor explosion), that extra damage would hit the shields.... assuming the target has shields of course.
