Corran Horn, eat a Direct Hit while at full health!

Wow adv homing missiles is wildly underwhelming.

Wow adv homing missiles is wildly underwhelming.

I thought the same. BUT is bypasses shields. Not bad.

Wow adv homing missiles is wildly underwhelming.

That's what I thought at first. Then I realized you keep your TL for rerolls, and the damage effect directly bypasses shields!

Edit:---ninja'd!

I was a little surprised it's ONLY good at Range 2.

Seems like a Huge anti Corran card. Hit him with 2 (or 1 if you are lucky)...That hull upgrade might be a bit more enticing now compared to Engine or Shield.

I couldn't disagree more. Dealing face-up damage to high-agility, low-hull targets is worth 3 points.

So is Maneuvering Fins.

I'm having a hard time imagining too many situations where one would want to turn a turn into a bank on an 180 degrees firing arc ship.

Advanced homing on redline with extra munations.

Get two for 5 pts

Throw on a proton bomb just for fun

Why not?

Shields??? Where we're going, we don't need ... shields.

A list with a lot of Advanced Homing missiles and Proton Bombs might be kind of fun.

Now I want to watch bttf

I'm guessing you'd use it to keep from bumping (or avoiding bombs) as much as you would use it to catch something in your arc.

Advanced Homing Missiles is going to destroy Fat Hans!!! I couldn´t be more happy, I am tired of going to a tournament and be almost the only one that doesn´t use big turrets.

Now, Rhymer will be veeery happy :D

Ahh yes Rhymer

Ion projector could make shuttles extremely annoying blockers. Block, ion, stall, another ion.

But is it so good that it needs to be just range 2? Does getting to fire them at 1-3 make Rhymer worth the tax you pay for him?

Blount with AHM vs Corran. Direct Hit on first joust! Bye Corran.

Since it's sharing the slot with EU, EU does most of that better, so unless you really can't spare 3 points, I see little reasons to take it over EU

Rhymer is never worth the tax you pay for him.

But yes, this card would be terrifying if it had a bigger range envelope.

Maarek Stele loves Adv. Homing Missiles :D

I think Maneuvering fins are the poor man's Engine Upgrade. It's a cheap card that gives you more options later in the round. I doubt we'll ever see it on the generic ships.

Good catch.

Thanks, but not an original thought. Just repeated it from one of the other hot threads this morning.
