Solo-Play setup

By Malev Da Shinobi, in Descent: Journeys in the Dark

Hey ya'll. Just a lonely lover/player of Descent here.

Wanting to share some images from a solo play session from a few months ago.

I recently got in another game for the first time in a few months, and I'm wanting to play non-stop again.

This is unfortunately the most likely way I'll get to play.

Whats your solo play set up look like?

Much peace,

Jeez. Trash Heap, then Lengthy Sewers? Ugh.

I like your pool table though. Dice won't fall off.

Anyway you asked for it so here you go:

It was an ugly draw on those rooms for sure.. I think I actually managed to complete this run though.

I like your table a lot ! The pool table is cool, I use it pretty much because it's unused and somewhat out of the way anyway.

I don't like hitting my knees against the table sides all the time tho.. which is pretty much all the time.

Thanks for indulging me. In the pictures, are you playing solo yourself?

Yes, trying to beat Nature's Ire atm. I'm running an all Elf group since it centers on nature. I think this one focuses more on damage where as Forgotten Souls likes to drain your fatigue.

Anyway, I just lost off something really cheap. Ashrian opens up Encounter Forgotten Falls. Goblins automatically activate, activation card gives them +30 range. Then Goblin rolls 4 Shields and two Surges and Ahrian rolls blank. Gets Koed, Fate meets Doom. The End. I was doing so well too...

Man.... I lost this Nature's Ire run with only the Finale to explore, all off opening a door and immediately having to resolve a peril card. BS, but what can you do? Sidenote: Roganna-Stalker kicks booty.
