Most of the time, they must be set up within the Set up Area...

Certain Objectives WILL and DO modify this, but you must refer to the Objective itself to see if there is a change...

If there is not... Then Obstacles and Objectives are placed In the Setup Area, which is the defined 3 x 4 area of the 3 x 6 table...
