So I have a pretty silly question. I am the GM in a campaign, and I'm not sure if I understand some melee stuff. So you and the SB for melee attacks, but do you add it to NPC's or is it included in the weapon profile that they have? Please, and thank you.

SB and other applicable bonuses are already part of the NPC's inventory/damage profile.

If you want to double-check, just look up the weapon itself in the armoury, and compare the numbers.
