I'm going to a local game convention today and will be back on Monday, but anyway I doubt the book will be avaliable in Spain for at least another week or two weeks. If any of you European guys finds out an online store in Germany, UK or wherever that has it, I would really appreciate you sharing it

I picked mine up Tuesday afternoon from my FLGS. The owner threw in a GM Kit for FREE since I've brought him some good business the past few months. Gotta love the little guys!!

So, I went to a shop to check it out since I'm waiting for mine to come in through the mail. Move's hurl description was altered. For the most part, it's the same exact rule in the long text, just in a more brief, simpler form (likely to cut down on some of the more common questions being asked on the forums), but both the long and short (talent/power tree box) descriptions swap out "Discipline check" for "ranged combat check". And nowhere in the rest of the Move section or, that I saw skimming through the rest of the Force section, made mention of using Discipline for Move.

Huh, that's interesting.

Move - Hurl has always been treated like a ranged attack (e.g., success adds damage, it has the Autofire quality, Talents and Maneuvers like Sidestep or Aim or taking cover can affect it, etc) but tied to a Discipline check...

I've got a pre-order in at Miniature Market as well (includes the F&D core book, the GM guide, Desperate Allies, the Crit decks and some FFG card sleeves...gotta get that order up to get the free shipping!) No news on order shipment yet...generally it takes a good 5 business days to get to me in California once I get a tracking number, so I will have to wait until mid next week likely.

I wouldn't hold your breath. I talked with them today and they still don't have any.

Of course them stumbling on something like this has got me looking to change gears.

I've had similar experiences with MM, i.e. usually quick and efficient service. It's really the first time (for me) they're behind other stores by a couple of days (I mean the books managed to get to Finland, duh). I'm not happy about it.

Edit: They're in stock indeed. Now let's see how long it'll take for me to get the tracking number.

I ordered two cores, the screen and the crit deck for people, had it shipped overnight, for $160.00 or so. I'm happy with that.

Being the curious type, I just logged in to MM to check on my two preorders (separate for the CRB and GMK). Imagine my surprise to see "Contents Verified" instead of the previous "Processing (preorder)".

I'm thinking maybe tomorrow I'll see the tracking number and the package middle of next week depending on the post office.....

I did not get it yet, but at least one store here (Calgary) has it - Revolution Games. It is 80-something + tax so...no thanks? I'll wait until more stores have it which should result in at least one place having a sub-80 price haha

However, I was able to finger through a specimen (and sniff it thoroughly) at the FLGS yesterday and couldn't find anything substantially different from Beta update #11.
