Do the 40K RPG DM screens include the critical hit charts?

By JenBurdoo, in Only War

I'm actually running a rules-lite Dungeons and Dragons game but would like to use critical hits and a proper DM screen. So I'd like to know if any of the screens -- Dark Heresy and Only War for preference -- include the critical hit result tables (also the chart that indicates where on the character's body gets hit, as on the character sheet, though this last I can print for free). The other upside is that I might be able to get my (complete newbie) players interested in the 40K universe; thoughts on that to go in a different topic.

Thanks!

Only references to pages of Core Rulebooks.

Ah well. Thanks. They do seem generally similar though -- lose your turn on a 1 or 2, increasingly severe injury up to 8 (loss of limb and possible death), 9 and 10 (death).

I printed off copies of them for easy reference, so that I didn't keep having to flip back and forth through the pages.

Yea when I'm running a 40K game IRL I print out the skills list, the crit charts, the warp phenomena chart and the perls of the warp chart. For hit location I have completely dropped the given chart in favor of the one that was included in the original DH2 beta, but if you were using the RAW then I's include that in your print out.

FYI the house rule I use for hit location is just look at the unit dice of the to hit roll

1 = Head, 2 = L. Arm, 3 = R Arm, 4-6 = Chest, 7-8 = L. Leg, 9-0 = R-Leg

For subsequent hits, from semi-auto, full auto, etc add 2 to the previous location

For a GM screen I'd recommend a customisable one, that you can put your own sheets into, like the Savage Worlds ones
