OK, need some assistance.

Trying to help a player come up with a background for their PC.

They are a Twilek from Ryloth who was orphaned as a small child during the second battle of Ryloth, taken and possibly sold as a slave/indentured servitude to a Doctor in the Outer Rim.

20 years later she becomes a qualified doctor and granted her freedom when the Doc retires, due to advancements in services on his world. So she sets off into the galaxy on her own.

But I need a good suggestion on the world she grows up on.

Ideally, somewhere in the vicinity of Hutt Space/Ryloth but further afield can work too.

How about Nar Shaddaa? Or did you have a particular type of planet (tech level, terrain, habitation, etc.) in mind?

Why not go non-standard and pick Circumtore. The Shell Hutt homeworld is still in Hutt Space but you don't have the overwhelming hugeness of one of the main Hutt worlds.

No, less populated. And i already have one character from there.

Somewhere where the Docs services were in high demand, where she learnt the trade growing up.

But over time as more people moved there, and more services cropped up, demand for his services dropped, becuase others were moving in. So when he retires (because of old age, and less demand due to more technological medical droid services), she leaves.

Hmm... maybe, I wanted to avoid Hutt worlds if I could, but not totaly against it if I cannot find a suitable alternative.

I could make one up, but there are so many to choose from, I wanted to keep it an established planet.

Rishi is the world you want. Home of the Avian people, shadowport for any merchants and pirates but also a tropical paradise for those who want less attention drawn to themselves. Rishi found hard times in the Clone Wars, causing need for doctors and rebuilding, but now that the war is over, the planet is more or less done its glory days and falling into obscurity.
