Changes:

Attack, p.2 Step 6, “Declare Additional Squadron Target,” should include the following bullet point: “Treat each repetition of steps 2 through 6 as a new attack for the purposes of resolving card effects.”

Line of Sight, p.7 The fourth bullet point of this entry should read: “If line of sight or attack range is traced through a hull zone on the defender that is not the defending zone, the attacker does not have line of sight and must choose another target.”

Measuring Firing Arc and Range, p.7 This entry should include the following paragraph: “If attack range is measured through a hull zone on the defender that is not the defending hull zone, the attacker does not have line of sight and must choose another target.”

Card Clarifications:

Admiral Motti
If a ship’s hull value becomes equal to the amount of damage cards it has as a result of losing Admiral Motti’s effect, that ship is destroyed.

Admiral Screed
Screed can change a black die to the face that contains both a 'HIT' icon and a 'CRIT' icon.

Demolisher
If Demolisher is equipped with Engine Techs, it can perform one of its attacks after it executes the maneuver granted by Engine Techs. Demolisher only affects one of the ship’s attacks. It must perform its other attack during the Attack step of its activation or that attack is forfeited.

Warlord
Warlord can change a red die to the face that contains two 'HIT' icons.

Garm Bel Iblis
A ship cannot have more than one copy of the same command token.

Glad they put in the clarification for Warlord and Screed. :D

Wouldn't XI7s vs advanced projectors have been better than either of those?

Probably but this probably had to go through their internal approval process before it was released. The process probably started before the xi7 vs advanced projectors debate heated up.

Isn't it just move one point of damage anywhere as supposed to adjacent Hull zones? The Turbo laser upgrade just works on amount of damage transferred.

No, FFG clarified in email response that you can put one point of damage on each facing.

Woah. OK Cool. Never saw the email. So if I did 5 points of damage then one point of damage can go to the other faces not targeted and then the targeted Hull zone will take remaining 2 points ?

Thanks for clarification.

Also, is there any way to here a link to the email post or something? We are having a tournament and the players in my area always agree to disagree on the matter. Would like to show them the law!

There is a topic in the Rules Question subforum covering this.

"This is why you can resolve cards like Point-Defense Reroute and Dominator against each squadron you attack, not just one."

you can dominate squadrons?

I'VE BEEN SO BLIND!!!!!!!!!!!!

don't think it's worth it, but it'd be fun to ruin all your shields on a fighter screen :P

That is per squadron right? You can't give up 2 shields and then attack 4 fighters at 3 dice right?

Yes, only one dice roll, so only one squadron.

Still, it puts some pressure onto squadrons like Luke and such.

Good solid FAQ, much appreciated. Good that some of the "common knowledge" ones like Screed have been officially clarified.

Yes, only one dice roll, so only one squadron.

which is why you'd have to "ruin all your shields" on a fighter screen, instead of just 2 :P
