#2 is the strongest.

Except I think FCS on B is ultimately better as it works better with B's ability (although advanced sensors are really nice to have). Also, inertial dampeners on Boba can be clutch from what I've seen (not much admittedly, but it sure seems nice to have)

Your Whisper/Kath is interesting... I may start looking into Whisper/Boba.

But yes, SableGryphon's fleet is probably the best of the three.

For the first list, I'd drop the Fletchette torp for EU. That still gives you 99 points for an initiative bid. But I do like it.

I'd probably go with the second one.
