Why would I want to pay you 5 dollars for your kids? Free hat or otherwise.

Depends on the hat. A good hat for 5 dollars is a steal

My favorite cost me about $50. It's a Bavarian/Tyrolean hat. My wife and I went to Germany, they sell the same hats everywhere for like 5-10€ (which isn't the same as $5, but close enough for the anecdote.)

Of course now it's festooned with pins so it's total cost is probably course to $150-200. I'm trying to work out how to put the Spring Kit medal on it in a practical fashion.

My slowly-healing Broken Toe got stomped on by a guy yesterday while I was riding Public Transport with my Son... So today is filled with Stress and Not-Being-Able to get things done...

Thursday was the same (stressy day, where I got nothing done) as I was on Public Transport to deliver emergency supplies to my Wife across the City...

Wednesday was the same (stressy day, where I got nothing done) as I spent 2 hours Cowering in the Basement with my Son, as a Tornado was bearing down on us...


Urgh. Such a sucky Week.

No one died on me at work today. 13 hour shift over.
