Need some maps

By migs6000, in Game Masters

Ok, so my PCs have been captured by the Empire. I actually had not planned on it but I was rolling like a God and they weren't so suffice to say, they got lit up. So, They will very shortly be aboard a star destroyer and I need some maps to work with. I use Roll20, which doesn't have anything I'm looking for. I need some maps with the Star destroyer feel to them; steel, basic, cell blocks, hallways. I've been searching everywhere so if anyone has used anything in the past I would greatly appreciate it.

I've actually been hoping for some destroyer interiors myself. Maybe cartographers guild could have something?

If you'll die without maps, check out the old D6 holocron for the "Death Star Technical Companion."

It has lots of stuff like this:Dstar%20Med%20Section.jpg

That said... as another Roll20 based GM, might I suggest you try using a photo or picture that illustrates the scene, and combine it with a range band indicator? Let the dice and players fill out the scene details as the encounter unfolds. It takes some getting used to, but it's very liberating, and it makes prep work sooooo much easier.

You need “Maps of Mastery”. See http://www.mapsofmastery.com/

Too bad you’re a few days late. He recently finished a kickstarter that would let you get PDF copies of every single product they’ve ever done.

Roll 20 hates this game btw.

Still not exactly what I needed but thanks for the input. And Mets, why does roll20 hate EotE?

just a little joke about how long it can take to do multiple checks with all the different types of dice :) it got to the point in our game where I started using the ipad app to do all my GM rolls lol

This is probably posted in the Compiled Resources list, but http://www.colonialchrome.co.uk/ is a great site with a lot of different ships and multi-level deckplans. You might be able to repurpose something there for your needs.

Yeah, it can be a lot. Thanks guys, some of those might work.

Yeah, use the APIs if you can afford it, or the Hangout tools if you can't. The API enabled character sheets are way better then manually typing in API commands...

Yeah, I'm a mentor on there so I use pretty much everything. Sheets, dynamic lighting, fog of war... All that stuff.

Awesome thanks
