Likewise. Nova has stated it, but there's conflicting reports. Some commenters saying that all they can see of Wave 7 is the minis in a display case.

Yes, 7 rounds today. Cut to top 16 tomorrow. They are just processing wait listed players now and pairings should start imminently.

Any word on the Raider? I've not seen any Raider posts from Gencon.

Went a painful 3 and 4 with my BYBY list... Wish I did change it but had fun all the same. Now day one is done and I'm passing out...

I'll be sitting at the Brain Lag Publishing booth from 1 to probably four. If there's a morning chance for Xwing I will gladly sit in.

16 hours was a long, long, tournament. I had some good match-ups, had some opponents that really just beat me senseless, met some cool folks, met someone who wasn't super cool (at least on the game table), ran into an old buddy as a nice surprise, and ended up somewhere in the mid-40's (can't give a precise placement, we weren't all numbered) before I stumbled back to my room to collapse and carry on with the con.

Yes, it was a very very long day! I showed up at 7:30, was 3rd person registered at 8am, and then....sat there till 10:15ish when they finally started. Then, the long lunch and then the computer pairing screwup, I could have got my ships then! Round 2 started at what, few minutes after 2pm? Finished up around 10:30-11pm. Then, off to the bar! LoL...

I was SO GLAD when they announced that our reservation cards would be good on Friday. Friday after my morning PFS session, I went and stood in line (only 55 minutes, not bad) and got my Raider, Punisher and K-Wing.

Btw, I finished up 4-3. Which, I figure for Nationals Prelims, is pretty good! I went back to see if they still had the overall standings, but they didn't. So...did anyone happen to snag a photo of that? I'm hoping I was at least in the top 100. Heh...

@Kamicosmos, if you PM me your name I can look it up on my photos. I ended up 39th (4-3 with the 2nd highest MoV). Quite happy with it at my first Nationals.

Man, I didn't start playing till 2pm since I had a 1st round bye, so I got there at 9am and waited 5 hours to play X-Wing... and then played till the end to midnight. :\ It was fun though, as everyone I played was casual, fun, and no one with a bad attitude.
