Rotating Fangs!

That red and bone is so impressive!

I think i like the red on bone (right) the best - would love to see an Old Teroch pattern done in those colours.

All my pink Imperial ships so far (I want to add some more to the decimator and striker, and the lambda needs touching up).

Yeah, it's a tiny ball bearing (5x2x2.5mm) meant for model cars or planes. I had seen several mods using just a pin or magnets, but I felt this was the most durable solition that doesnt put too much wear on the paintjob (there's some space in between the rotating part and the main hull). The cutting is the hardest part, since I only had a heavy duty Xacto knive to my disposal. A jewelers saw would have been easier.

Just pink trim is enough for me. I'm not actually a huge fan of pink, but it's a lovely contrast for grey, which I discovered after painting an advanced foe my girlfriend.

I've also got some rebel ships which I'll try and dig out for a group photo.

Firespray repaint.

Like for the paint but mostly for the Quake tattoo.

It was created when he Painting sub-forum was taken away. Then the sub-forum came back.

I found a nice 3D model of the Sentinel landing craft here (many thanks to dantesgift !).

It's a bit poor of detail in respect of the high level of XWing miniatures, so

following the amazing works in cardboard, I try to add something.....

I print 3D it in black, after a bit masquerade with scotch tape, I add cardboard ....

Than I paint with black and white and Nuln oil.

I hope you like :-)

Looks great ! I've used his model, too, but you made the right choice for print orientation - I made the mistake of printing 'flat' and the top curve looks too 'stepped' - oh well, I'm using it for a version of Hondo's shuttle from Rebels, so loads of containers and stuff on top:

Hopefully start to get it painted over the next few weeks!
