So you're hoping the opponent shoots at Xizor first since he has +1 red and -1 green. What if the opponent has enough firepower to kill Kavil in one round of shooting? Kavil has no way to dodge arcs so he can't do anything fancy and Xizor is tied to him for the damage mitigation so he also has no arc-dodging (while using Expose anyway). Basically it looks like you are trying to make a jousting list with only 2 ships (the third being a flanker). And N'dru lacks engine upgrade, so if they are too far a part, you are running the risk of having a fast opponent killing N'dru before your other two make it to the party.

I can see Wedge, Luke, Biggs possibly working as 3 jousting ships, but I'm not so sure about this one...

You could get 3 Binayre Pirates just about for what you have in Kavil. I know it's not quite your theme, but they would be a much better escort for Xixor.

You could drop the Cluster Missiles or Hot Shot Blaster from N'Dru to free up points. I don't think you'll be able to use both before he dies.

The original list can afford to lose some upgrade points for a Binayre, but then the title doesn't work. The weak point in the initial list is Xizor's reliance on fodder. There are other PS7 options that work well for the list.

Kavil is strong, and the R4 is a good idea, I always forget to take that over Predator with Blaster Turret.

N'dru is really good in conjunction with Kavil, especially with BT. Kavil and N'dru Lone Wolf pincer is sweet stuff, and N'dru works great with Cluster Missiles. I like N'dru so much I think he deserves Hull or Shield mod to beef him up. Once wave 7 comes out he should get Glitterstim so he can really make that Cluster Missile hurt, will really chunk Fat ships and eliminate those high agility targets if he can get them in arc.

Kath still moves at 7, but can use Stay on Target to better position the Ion shot, AND SoT counts as a red maneuver (as opposed to just giving a stress token) so you have a Focus token to buff those Ion shots. With all 7's you probably won't care about an initiative bid so you're kitted out in points.
