I think right now id be more excited for new pilots than new ships. A few ace packs if that's what it needs to be would very likely be welcomed by the community. I pretty often look at certain models in the collection and think "I'm not sure where to fit the generic and I don't want to try a list centered around the good named so I guess that ship doesn't get played." Not every ship needs help, but the b wing for instance was made far more fun thanks to rebel aces.

I dig this game. But as a long time table top gamer, I find it off putting that I need to buy a faction (I don't play) to get a card. I will use proxy or borrow, or app. I refuse to partake. Ironically I would be willing to pay good money for the cards alone, I just don't need more mini clutter.

TIE Scout with two sensor slots and a double sensor upgrade that keeps one ship from using focus or evade tokens, no range limit. Right after the Gunboat.

I miss that gum in the card packs, but not the way it would cut your mouth. Or the way the taste didn't even last as long as Fruit Stripe gum. Oh wait I don't miss it at all, except maybe the smell.

Maybe the dice pack should have had some exclusive upgrade cards or a couple special x-wing/TIE pilots. Missed opportunity there.

In all honesty, I wouldn't mind if they repainted ships we already have and released them in single blisters with new content (new named pilots, new generics, upgrades). You get your cool new cards AND a repainted ship so you avoid it being just a card pack. But that's just me, I can see why people only want new cards, but I'm the kinda guy who can never have too many ships.

I just think wave 7 was our best chance, I think wave 8 will be episode 7 and rebels content.

I think Wave 8 will be before Episode 7 (or atleast announced), so I don't think it will be Ep. 7 ships. I think we have 1 more wave of EU before we start shifting to the new canon.

Every time someone makes posts about Episode 7 ships being wave 8/9/P/O I have to resist the urge to give them a textbook example of the MPAA rating system.

X-wing is thematically quite solid and these people simply do not get that.

Well, if they were to include bubble gum with the cards, than technical that's not an all cards booster pack. I'm just saying!:-)
