asualt frigate mk2b with Dodonna, Antilles, xi7, advanced projectors, paragon

Cr90 b dodonnas pride and leading shots

Neb b Escort Yavaris

2 xwings

Ywing

Dutch

Luke

Game one

Game one I played against another rebal fleet he have two cr90s with ecm and intel officer and an assault frigate with mom mothma hanger bays flight controllers and ecm ( I think) with 6 awings. I chose to go second and he picked my suprior positions. Round one and two when by uneventful. Round 3 I took out a cr90 and some awings. Round 4 I got his other cr60 and he got my neb b . I think it was round five I got the rest of his awings and he took out my cr90. I managed to get 2 rear shots in late for 2 victory tokens. With those tokens I ended up with a 52 point margin for a 7-3 win

Game two

Game two I played against 2 vsds with about 6 fighters ans admiral montie I can remember exactly. I went first and picked his hyperspace assault. In round two he drop a vsd in short range or my back ark of my assault frigate. He had his front and side ark one me and took it down in one activation. My fighters however were surrounding his ship with Luke off on the other side of the board tieing his fighters up. Over the next few round I managaged to use Yavaris to bring down his bad with my bombers. The last few rounds ended with my cr90 and Yavaris flying across the board away from

His remaining vsd and I won by a 42 point margin for a 6-4 win.

Game three

This game I went up against another two vsd list with monti. His fighters were sontir fel vader and some interceptors. We played fleet ambush he put his first vsd fight I front of my three ships. Round one he used demolished to strip a lot

If his own shield and got my assault frigate to 5 damage cards pretty quick but it survived.y first activation with paragon I had my front and side on his front ark and striped his one shield and delt 3 damage to the ship because of my x17 and his use of shields with demolished with my first shot my second shot out of the side was great with paragon I did 8 damage and a crit accuracy to his brace and that was the end of that vsd in one assault frigate activation. He ended up dealing 4 damage to my neb in the third round and then ramming it for the kill but my cr90 got s crit on him and he was dealt a card to reduce his speed to zero and he had no navigate commands cued up so for the rest of the game I I was able to stay in his rear and deal a few damage didn't end up killing the second vsd but i won my 53 points giving me another 7-3 win.

I won the tourney with 20 points the second place player came in at 17 points. I got a alt art assault frigate card, an alt art neb b, a imp dice bag, 5 nav tokens, a summer medal, and $25 store credit which I use to get my second reb fighter lack and 100 card sleeves for mly upgrade and damage cards. It was great time and I can't wait to do more tournaments. Sorry I couldn't remember all the details but that's the basics of it

Well done.

Congrats! Your report really highlights the need for objectives in a tournament setting. Even if you get horribly outgunned, there should always be some chance of winning the game.

Frankly I don't understand why anyone would use the Dominator, not after Wave 1 released with the Rebels being able to hit so hard (Paragon, Yavaris, Salvation.) I love my shields too much to give them up for that... Plus it's expensive.

Huh. Yeah, I get the appeal... It just doesn't seem worth it in the long run. I mean just the points is almost a Gunnery Team and Intel Officer - which I find a more potent combo anyway, with significantly less drawback.

That's true, but my Vics never get hit for only 1 damage, lol.

To each their own, for sure. I know some people don't understand not running squadrons, but that works for me. And some weirdos and deviants even play rebels!
