The point of this build is to keep a tight formation, ideally with the OGP using AS + FO ot clear his own stress while the Black Squadron Pilot pulls the stress of Howl who does Focus + Evade any turn she needs to.

When the raider comes out you should drop everything here for Palpatine. Ptl and fleet and wingman.

I also recommend fcs and draw their fire instead.
