For Expert handling if you cant performa free barrel roll can you replace the action with another on your bar for free? IF so does it apply the target lock break? It expert handling an action or free action as well?

If you can't perform the barrel-roll, you can't perform Expert Handling. Therefore, you cannot get the TL removal (or the stress).

Also by 'cannot perform a barrel roll' the above posters don't mean it isn't in your bar. They just mean you don't have the space either side to do it.

Experimental Interface has to be an action from an UPGRADE card. Note that damage cards do not count here.

Push the Limits must be an action from your Action Bar although some upgrades will add certain actions to the bar so you may select them.
