The Immaterium - No Telemarketers?

By venkelos, in Rogue Trader

Paradox abounds. If he killed his earlier self then how did he live long enough to kill himself?

Must have been his future self!

(still a paradox ofc :D )

Past self. Future self. Is this like a Gork and (possibly) Mork thing?

Btw In AoS they got merged together in the two headed god; Gorkamorka. *Sigh*

And besides with orks there is no paradox because Orks don't get the concept of "paradox" to begin with.

Humans, Tau, Eldar, Necrontyr, etc... They all stop and think for a fraction and wonder how this time travel deal works and in that fraction reality catches up with them. and you get a paradox and the whole thing falls apart. Meanwhile the ork is shooting energy blasts with his twin guns made of hollow tubes, scrap metal and bullets.

Personally that is how I like to imagine things worked out.

The older killed the younger, grabbed the second gun and then became unmade by the raw forces of the warp only to be remade in another where and another when with two weapons and no warband

His old warband fell to infighting but he doesn't care he just starts again and hopes one day that perhaps he can meet his new, new self and have four of his favorite gun.

It worked for Jet Li.

Actually Gorkamorka was a surprisingly diplomatic solution to an ongoing fight about which god the gargant/spaceship/whatever looked more like.

"We can fight about it being Gork or Mork lata! Right now youse got to grab some scrap so we can finish buildin' it."

Also that one time when they found a statue of Gork or (possibly) Mork and it turned out it was Nurgle. (I think that's from the 5th edition chaos codex but I'm not sure.)

Well, we know there are psykers who use to shout telepathic taunts for daemons while their ships in Warp (always, always loved that people!). So you definitly can use astropathy while in warp and you can use Astronomican to pinpoint your location.

So if you manage to do it you can send message.

But how and especially WHEN message arrive you can only hope.
