I had this printed on a large format printer (60'' wide max) on a vinyl decal media and then mounted on 1/2'' gatorfoam, which is a light and quite sturdy surface (like foamcore but harder). This way, it gives me a very light and stiff playing surface that I just overlay on the dinning table... Its now put away but the next game is in 2 weeks so I could take a photo then if you would like, if I can figure how to post a photo...

Where can I source these items? Lol!

So I know this is an old thread but I just found it and have a question. Below the red is where you would deploy the fleet correct??

Nah, below the red is for cards and dials and that stuff. The mat within the two red lines is the 6x3 game area.
